Customer Service For MyHappyLand:
Please feel free to contact us at any time with any questions or concerns you might have under the "contact us" section at the top of the page. We will be happy to help you!

Please note that we do not process or ship orders Saturdays and Sundays. We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. MyHappyLand makes it our goal to get your merchandise out as soon as possible.

Payment Options:
We accept PayPal payments. You do not need a Pay Pal account to check out with PayPal. It will give you the option to use your PayPal account or use as guest while you're checking out.

We do not ship an order until e-checks clear through PayPal. E-checks can take anywhere from a few days to weeks to clear. MyHappyLand does not hold items since some e-checks decline. Please be aware that if you order and it takes a week for your e-check to clear, we may at that point be out of stock on some items, and you will be issued a refund for these items. You cannot purchase a rush order if paying with an e-check.

Returns & Exchange Policy:
Here at MyHappyLand we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us by email within 3 days of receipt so we can give you a Return Authorization Number. You MUST HAVE this number in order for us to return or exchange your merchandise. You can return the item within 14 days of purchase. Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed in original packing. If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of delivery along with a note on why the merchandise is being returned, and the return number. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier. Holiday, Sale and Custom items non returnable and non refundable unless damaged which must be reported within 3 days.  

*ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Some items are non-returnable and non refundable such as clearance items, large volume discounted items, costumes, lingerie, holiday, special ordered and custom stock items. Body Jewelry, Intimate Apparel and Personal Intimate items are non-returnable unless unopened and still in sealed, manufacturers package. (We will exchange costumes for a different size if reported within 3 days of receipt. All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.) NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.  Make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records. Damaged items MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods. Customized apparel is nonreturnable.

Order Status:
Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package.

Condition Of Use:
We advise our customers to never leave a young child unsupervised while using any of our products. Many of our products contain small components and could potentially become a choking hazard. All MyHappyLand products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that MyHappyLand accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products.

Most orders ship within 2 days unless your order contains items that are custom made or personalized with embroidery which take longer to ship. Once your order has been shipped please allow  up to 7 business days for your order to arrive. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping please feel free to contact us. If you need your order rushed please choose the rush order option when checking out. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact the shipping carrier.

International Shipping
Yes, we do ship internationally, but our shopping cart is only set up to give shipping charges for the US and Cananda. Please contact us for actual shipping charges to your destination. Once you have approved the shipping fees, we will send you an invoice. If the invoice is not paid within 48 hours we will cancel the invoice.
